When you complete a will, basic contact information is shared with Legacy Assurance Plan for the purpose of offering additional estate planning services. This includes:

4.2 Twilio
Your phone number is shared with Twilio solely for the purpose of sending SMS verification codes during account registration.
4.3 AI Processing
Your will data is sent to AI services for document generation and review. This data is used only for generating your will and providing the technology-assisted review. We do not use your data to train AI models.
5. Data Storage and Security
- Your data is stored on secure servers hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Passwords are hashed using industry-standard encryption
- Database connections use encrypted protocols
- Sessions expire automatically after a period of inactivity
6. Data Retention
- Account data is retained as long as your account is active
- Will drafts are stored in your account until you delete them or your account is closed
- Third-party lead data sent to Legacy Assurance Plan is subject to their own data retention policies
7. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:
- Access your personal information through your account
- Update your name, email, or phone number in your profile
- Delete will drafts from your account
- Request account deletion by contacting us
8. Cookies and Tracking
We use server-side sessions for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
